STEEL FLEX fiber optic patchcord terminated on both sides with LC/APC-LC/APC angular polishing, made on G.657A2 fiber and 2m long. The diameter of the patchcord external jacket is 3mm in white.

STEEL FLEX patchcords are characterized by an elastic tube that allows shortening the length of the plug protruding from the switchboard in the cabinet with the protection of the bending radius. We can also choose the angle of bending the cable in the range of 0-90 degrees from the exit from the adapter, which allows for convenient organization of patchcords in the cabinets. The single-mode fiber used is a fiber with a small bending radius of only 7.5 mm, thanks to which it has better transmission properties with a reduced minimum bending radius in relation to standard G.652D single-mode fibers. This is a very important feature during the construction of the FTTx network, because as a result of a large number of changes in the direction of the optical line and often small-sized cabinets and distribution boxes, an increase in the attenuation of the optical lines should be expected.

STEEL FLEX patchcords are available in standard sections used for connection in cabinets of 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m and on request of any other length.
